The Patient Billing Representative explained that the claim had been re-processed by the insurance company. ****** called Memorial Hospital's billing department to inquire about the balance. ******** claim to a patient due amount of $573.29. ******'s insurance company, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, paid the claim to Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center on. ****** was discharged to home in stable condition. An appropriate work-up was done, a specialist consulted and a procedure performed. ****** presented to the emergency department.
